Here is an easy method to get some proxies that will work on a lot of sites.
Some configs get 1K+ CPM with these proxies, and it costs nothing but 5-10 minutes.
Drop me a like, appreciated.
Requirements:
IPVanish Premium
Once you've got a valid account, log in and go to the "SOCKS5 Proxy" tab.

You are going to need the USER:pASS that is provided on this page.
If you are using the proxies on US based sites, copy the list below and replace the USER:pASS with the one on this page.
Repeat this for 3-4 accounts until you have a list of 30-40 proxies.
Here is a sample list for you to test, it is valid for the next 6+ months.

Save these in a .txt, or paste them into OpenBullet / Silverbullet
