To clone any website for free we going to use a website cloner, in this tutorial im going to use HTTrack
Just go to their website Download HTTrack Website Copier 3.49-2 - HTTrack Website Copier - Free Software Offline Browser (GNU GPL) and Download the program and install it
When u enter the program, just click next, choose a Project name and the path where the website will be, then choose the Action Download web site(s), copy and the url of the website you want to clone and paste it on Web Adresses, click next and wait
Now when it finishes you will get the website in the path you entered before
