This is a full leak from the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) of Iraq.
The dataset contains personal data of over 4.5 million registered voters, including full name, date of birth, voting card number, school address, status, and biometric registration flags.
Directly sourced from ihec.iq, structured and massive (10GB CSV, ~500MB RAR).
