Unfortunately, we are no longer in the 2015-16 period to do this. I could not be able to sell you any tutorial for what you are looking for because I do not have it. Additionally, I think it is quite rare to find them today as well, since if they exist, people will keep them a secret until they can exploit the platform, etc. You might possibly be able to, but you would need a non-VBV CC and a P2P exchange without KYC. However, since each vendor use different payment methods for CCs, it could not be that simple.
