Some technical issues

In the distant, distant past I used to copy bank cards with a magnetic stripe thing - suppose we still need it today,
but I need some info what kind of IC card reader/writer and magnetic stripe reader/writer today is needed to
work with digital data.

Make, model and specs please and if offers from China like Aliexpress would be of a help. Software?
