First of all, this is a scam. He knows other people's BTC wallets, and he can clean the assets in them by himself without selling them. This logic doesn't make sense. So, brother, you should try another way.

if someone claim that he can hack btc wallet through only providing the wallet address then it is scam only there is no one selling btc wallet. but some expectations
--if you provide a targeted wallet address and also that victim information like which platform he uses, his email like that,...
then someone may can do it and can take access of targeted btc wallet and transfer funds to other wallet.
-- other way to try for btc crypto stealing. buy database of crypto like username:email: platform:walletname
then you can try phishing
first using spoofing email and mail them in very bulk email sending. them and use social engineering to trick them qnd get either passphrase or private key or login credentials (use man in middle attack for 2fa bypass and can be easy to steal funds)
if you gets 100k data and sends emal them then even if percentage response is 0.1%
still you will make much money
you will gets about 100 wallet and each wallets will have average of 1k funds (it will be higher than it surely) then you will make still 100k$
