What is it for :
On visa cards you can receive alerts about transactions and cancellations by email, check minicards (for different services, shops, for example, facebook, airbnb, steam, etc.)
Only visa cards are suitable and not only US but also other countries. Top tier 1 banks may not fit, but 70% of bins are available for reg

2) Enter a 9-digit bin (6 digits of the bin, 3 zeros) and see if you can enroll in this service, you will immediately be thrown to the registration page, if not, a red sign will pop up (alas)
