there is only 3 ways for that

1st way ) read the user manual of the ATM machine model you want to hack , you will find a way to Enter the ATM machine dashboard , for example : click 3 times the delete button and the 2 times the enter button and insert some code on the atm machine keyboard , after that u will be redirect to the ATM machine dashboard page but first you have to Enter the system password to enter to that dashboard , read the user manual again to find the default password , if the ATM Machine owner is careless and not changed this password , you will find your self inside the ATM machine dashboard from there you can set which cash cassette holds what Bills .
example :
cash cassette 1 contains $ 10 Bills
cash cassette 2 contains $20 Bills
cash cassette 3 contains $50 Bills
cash cassette 4 contains $100 Bills
then you disable all the cash cassettes and allow the bigger Bills one only after set it as $10 Bills inside which is 10x lower than the actual bills there. now all you have to do its to have a card with some balance because its will be 10X after few moments . and not forget to set the things back to normal again before you go .


2nd way ) requires the ATM door key ( NOT the ATM safe key ) the door key is enough because you will find the USB Ports there you can just plug the usb stick to machine , the usb key will do have ATM malware and on anther USB port you plug your keyboard or mouse once you do so , just click the windows button on your keyboard minimize the ATM machine software and go to MY computer and double click your malware and then go to start > shut down > restart and once the atm machine Computer is restarted the malware is activated some malware have set time to withdraw all money like 2:00 AM and some other is set to give the withdraw command once the machine is restarted .

3rd way ) get control of Bank server database and issue some cards on that banks and every day or hours re-edit the amount holds on your cards on the bank databse and cash them .
