I'm thinking of buying CC data and using it to buy BTC or something. What is the best way to deposit BTC or anything or deposit in a bank without suspicion? Are there also ways to buy big things like cars or other big purchases without raising red flags like if you spend more than $10,000 you have to report it to the IRS.

Are there any certian banks you would recommend? But wouldnt even using an offshore bank acc require me to give my personal information, or does that no matter?

Belize and Panama are both FATCA compliant countries so they will report all US citizens accounts to the IRS no?
