First you want to run your fullz credit report on anualcreditreport.com on the report it will give you the first 12 of the credit card number then do the same thing but on nerd wallet that will give you the last 4 of the card , after u have the full card number you " make sure u do a background report and have it available for next step" call customer service and tell them that u need to update your phone # then they are gunna have to verify you , they gunna ask if they can send a code to ur phone tell them no that number is no longer active then they are gunna go to the next question witch can be mmn or public record questions (e.g previous phone numbers , previous addresses , employers ) that's were the background report comes in after u pass all 3 questions they are gunna update the number to ur choosing , after it's updated you can either hang up and go to reset password , retrieve the code and login or u can tell them to give you a code to reset ur password , after ur logged in below ur account balance on ur dashboard will be an option to open a new account , ur gunna want to open a new checking account it will pre fill itself with ur number and there info then it's gunna ask to enter ur new pin the pin u use will override the old pin , after u created and opened the checking account transfer money from the checking account that has the money to the new one u just opened , then go to cards add the card to ur apple pay or GPay go to a chase bank tap the ATM enter ur pin and pull money out
