If someone had harmed you in a very egregious way, where would be the best places to post their personal info in order to get some measure of revenge? Specific sites and places?

This person did great harm to my family, and got away with it. I can’t have any peace until they are dealt with, and receive some form of punishment for what they did. If I could get this information to the right people then maybe this person will receive some punishment for the harm they have caused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
