ClickUp is one of those tools that looks impressive on paper but turns into a nightmare in reality. The interface is cluttered with too many features that no one asked for, making it feel like you are lost in a maze with no exit. The performance is painfully slow, as if it is running on a dial-up connection from the 90s, and the mobile app crashes more often than not. Customer support is practically non-existent, leaving you stranded when you need help the most. The free plan is a trap, luring you in with basic features only to hit you with expensive upgrades when you need something useful. Bugs and glitches are a constant companion, making you question why you even bothered with it in the first place. For someone in Pakistan, where simplicity and reliability are key, ClickUp is just not worth the headache. Trello or Notion would be a far better choice, saving you time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
